Rooftop Fitness: Core Conditioning

This pilates inspired class fuses isometric exercises and interval training with the principles of yoga and strength conditioning. Based on a signature formula, all exercises are sequenced together to achieve increased strength, and flexibility, while sculpting and toning the body.
