In-Person Sculpt Class with Meghan McFarren

This class uses low-impact & bodyweight toning exercises, targeting arms, abs, cheeks, legs and every muscle in between. We blast fun music, focus on strength, alignment and mindset, and stretch/celebrate at the end of class.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear sneakers.
