What is a Guest Experience Manager responsible for?
This position is responsible for welcoming and assisting in setting the tone for a guest’s experience throughout their stay. the process of check in and out of hotel, receiving payment, correcting account and reservation discrepancies, creating and canceling reservations, acting as a switchboard relief and providing luggage assistance; assisting with valet parking and summoning cabs.
Assisting the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. Front office areas include Bell/Door Staff and Guest Services/Front Desk. Position directs and works with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check in and check out process. Ensures guest and employee satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
