How many people do guest rooms accommodate?

Our King rooms average approximately 170 square feet, allowing for a maximum of 2 guests per room. Our Two Full rooms average approximately 200 square feet, allowing for a maximum of 4 guests per room.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is 12pm.

What is the minimum age to stay at Arlo Midtown?

21 years of age or older.

What is the hotel’s distance from NYC airports?
  • JFK – 17 miles (60 minutes by car or public transit)
  • La Guardia – 12 miles (45 minutes by car or 60 minutes by public transit)
  • Newark – 17 miles (45 minutes by car or 60 minutes by public transit)
Does the hotel offer parking?

While the hotel doesn’t have on-site parking, we suggest using LAZ Parking located just around the corner at 310 West 39th Street.
Valet parking starts at $55 + tax and fees for standard vehicles per 24 hours, with no in-and-out policy. This is subject to change at the discretion of the parking facility. 

Does hotel offer room service?

The hotel does not offer room service. However, Coffee Bar is available 24-hours and includes snacks, beverages, and coffee for purchase.

Does the hotel have a gym?

Yes, it is open 24 hours a day. It includes strength equipment, treadmills, elliptical machines, studio bikes as well as a stretching studio.

Do guest rooms have hairdryers?

All guest rooms are equipped with hairdryers.

Does the hotel offer umbrellas for its guests?

Each guest room is equipped with an Arlo Hotels rain umbrella. Guests are welcome to use this during their stay.

Do guest rooms have an iron & ironing board?

Each guest room has a hand-held clothing steamer. Traditional irons and ironing boards are also available on request.

Does hotel offer laundry/dry cleaning service?

The hotel can coordinate laundry or dry cleaning on the guest’s behalf. Note that there is no same-day laundry or dry-cleaning service, due to these services being rendered with our laundry service company off property.

What is the hotel’s deposit policy?

The hotel will authorize unpaid room, tax, urban fees as well as a $100 security deposit at the time of check-in. Your final bill will be applied against the authorization and any remaining authorization overage will be released upon check-out. Depending on bank processing times, the release of funds in your account could take up to 30 days. Use of debit cards is discouraged.

What is the hotel’s package policy?

The hotel will receive guests’ packages starting three days prior to arrival free of charge. Should guests need packages to be stored post-departure, a $20 per day storage fee will apply. The hotel is not liable for lost or misplaced packages.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed except for service animals.
