Given the current climate and mental health issues plaguing our kids at school, we wanted to draw special attention on how our efforts can help in reducing mass shootings, anger, stress, and anxiety. When children are hurting and we aren’t listening, nobody wins.

Did you know there have been 18 different school shootings this year alone? We are in a state of crisis, and if we can’t get help from our leaders, we’ll help ourselves in addressing the mental health gap in our school system!

Join us for our Fitness Brunch Fundraiser to not only celebrate fitness, food, fun, and good music, but also to learn how the proceeds from your attendance alone are helping to make a difference in promoting kids mental health awareness.


  • 11:00am: Check-in
  • 11:15am: C3M Mental Fitness or Power Yoga (first come first serve)
  • 12:15: Take a sip (Water, Bloodys, Mimosa, Sangria)
  • 12:15: 30-minute Sound Meditation
  • 12:30: Brunch Party with Live DJ
  • 2pm: Mental Health Update and Guest Speaker
