DogPound Fitness Class

DogPound style combines strength training and cardio conditioning, and is as close to actual fighting as you will get outside a ring. Expect jumprope, a breakdown of the punches, and drills that combine total body exercises. Jump ropes, gloves, and wraps provided but must be wrapped up and ready by class start-time, no exceptions!

Inquire at time of hotel check-in, class spots are limited.
